Service Process

1. Inquiry

You can leave a message about your requirement through our email or through our website. The online customer consultation through the “Contact Us” on the official website. After receiving the message, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. Quotation

According to your inquiry, application and order quantity we will quote our best price and email our Catalog for your reference. Most of our quotation based on Ex-work. We can also offer Door to Door, FOB or C&F service based on the customer’s requirement.

3. Order

When we get your order, we will email our proforma invoice for your approval.

4. Payment

1 unit sample – 100% T/T in advance. Mass production: 30% T/T after placing order; Balanced 70% T/T before shipment.

5. Delivery time

It depends on our stocks and your order quantity. For 1 unit sample if we have stocks, then we could send it within 3 days.
For Mass production: The delivery time depends on your order quantity and our production lines situation.

6. Keep in touch

We will inform you the status for the sample or the Mass production.

7. Quality Control

We do 100% inspection before shipment.

8. Packing

We will make sure to pack the goods well.

9. Shipping

Shipping samples can be using courier, such as DHL, Fedex or TNT.
For mass production, we could arrange by air cargo or sea shipment.
