How to choose a pump?

1. Please let us know your applications. What kind of equipment you would like to assemble with? (Example: Oxygen Concentrator, Film Exposure… etc.)
2. What is your required vacuum degree (mmHg or mbar)?
3. What is your required open flow rate (L/min)?
4. Will the pump be contacted acid, alkaline, water, or solvent vapor?
5. What kind of gases will the vacuum pump be pumping?

How to choose an air compressor?

1. Please let us know your applications. What kind of equipment the air compressor will match with? (Example: Aeration, Oxygen Concentrator… etc.)
2. What is your required pressure (psi or kgf/cm²)?
3. What is your required flow rate (L/min) at required pressure?
4. How many hours will it be used per day?
5. What is your required running condition: continuous or intermittent?
6. What is your required noise level?

Lead time

It depends on our stocks and your order’s quantity. For the sample unit, if we have stocks, we could send them within 3 days. For mass production, the lead time will depend on your order quantity and our production lines’ situation. Right now our domestic forwarder is KTJ. If we have stocks, normally we can send the goods upon receipt of your order on the same day, and you can receive the goods the next day.

Shipping

For shipping samples, you can choose couriers, such as DHL, FedEx, or TNT. For mass production, we could arrange by sea shipment or air cargo.

What should we do if the purchased pumps got a problem?

We will suggest you check the service manual first to get troubleshooting. If the pumps still have problem, then you can send them back to our company with freight prepaid. After checking, we will give you a feedback report.

What are the Servicing parts?

The major service parts are cups, cylinders, and valves. Intake air quality would affect the pump’s life, so we would like to suggest you add an inlet filter to the pumps.
