We are excited to welcome our Mexican clients to an in-depth meeting. The client is a well-established company with over 52 years of experience in the glass and aluminum hardware industry, offering a wide range of window and door accessories, as well as glass processing machinery.

Glass processing has practical applications across various sectors, including construction, automotive, consumer products, and optical industries. This involves a series of processes and techniques, such as edge grinding, beveling, drilling, and frosting.

Currently, the client is using our UN-200VH vacuum pump for glass suction during processing, which ensures secure handling of fragile glass sheets. This type of lightweight, delicate glass is particularly suited for suction cup applications during processing.

We also offer other vacuum pumps with varying degrees of vacuum and flow rates for suction applications, suitable for equipment used in moving façade panels and glass. From manufacturing panels to installing and replacing large, heavy exterior glass with vacuum cups, these solutions help with installation, saving labor and enhancing safety. Additionally, CNC-manufactured glass doors—another delicate, thin glass type—benefit from suction cup processing, serving industries such as furniture, automotive, construction, and home appliances. Our portable light cranes are designed for moving glass, ideal for working in multiple locations within a workshop and are transportable using pallet trucks.

This meeting will focus on the use of screw compressor paired with vacuum generators for larger vacuum systems, applicable to glass edge grinding, beveling, and large-area glass suction transfer. We hope to establish a dealership partnership in the future and look forward to maintaining a close relationship with our clients.
