A supplier of medical equipment in New Zealand was looking for dual vacuum cycle system at 230V/50Hz for a small hospital with 1 operating theatre and 3 recovery rooms. We recommended them to use UN-202VT-SYS with pressure switch to detect if the vacuum fails that they can sound an alarm if pressure fails.
General Requirements:
※ Dual vacuum pump UN-90V-2 with inlet filters – each able to do 50LPM at vacuum degree 450 mmHg, and each Pump has its own pressure switch with adjustable cut-in and cut-out pressure settings.
※ Alternation control box with hour meter for each pump (For automatic alternation of pump motors. Each pump has its own fuse or circuit breaker and starter. Automatic start of second pump motor if first pump fails or can’t keep up with vacuum.)
※ Pipeline vacuum gauge 100-0 kPa with 100mm dial+120L tank
