Chemical Resistant Pump
Corrosion-resistant and high-temperature diaphragm pumps provide a clean, oil-free vacuum. These products are available in three specifications based on specific requirements: Enhanced Anti-Corrosion, General Chemical-Resistant, and High-Temperature models.
The Enhanced Anti-Corrosion model features PTFE-coated and FFKM materials. It is specifically designed for emission gas samples containing acidic components such as SO2, NOx, CO, CO2, O2, and N2. It is also suitable for partially corrosive VOC samples and standard CEMS or VOCs sampling gas flows.
The General Chemical-Resistant model utilizes EPDM or FKM materials. It is suitable for air, N2, O2, CO2, and CO, as well as low-to-medium corrosive combustion exhaust, general industrial gas mixtures, and low-corrosivity VOC gas flows. It is widely used in general gas sampling for AQMS and CEMS.
The High-Temperature model is engineered for hot and humid waste gases, boilers, process exhaust, high-temperature flues, incinerators, and process tail gases. It is applicable for high-temperature semiconductor process exhaust, chemical reaction tail gases, high-temperature flue gas analyzers, and various high-heat sampling systems.
